Job Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for project success.
- Manage teams of internal production staff, consultants, and contractors assigned to each project.
- Main point of contact for clients – you represent Design Associates as the “face of the firm” – responsible for keeping clients apprised of project status, obtaining necessary approvals, etc.
- Monitor multiple projects to ensure they are on track, meet client requirements, and meet all regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Lead production staff in the development of projects.
- Coordinate with the project designer to ensure that the design vision is achieved throughout the project.
- Responsible for overall appropriateness and constructability of projects.
Job Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 8 or more years experience in an Architectural firm AND 3 or more years managing Architectural projects.
- Architectural license preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
